Bob Wright, Founder and Managing Partner of XRO Executive Search, brings more than three decades of senior executive leadership experience across OEMs, dealer organizations, distribution, and fleet operations in trucking, construction equipment, and logistics. He has operated inside global corporations, private equity-backed organizations, and founder-led businesses.
